Returns & Refund policy
At EMSC Market , we take pride in providing high-quality food products shipped carefully from Canada to our customers in the United States. Due to the nature of food products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement product shipped at no additional cost, or
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable food products
- Opened or partially consumed items
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
